Delete your SOLIS account

SOLIS is developed by Solis Intelligence Private Limited (developer name on Google Play: Solis Journey).

How to delete your account

Option 1 — In the app: open SOLIS → Profile → Delete account, and confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — By email: send an email to solis.contactus@gmail.com from the email or phone-linked account you signed up with, with the subject line “Delete my account”. We will delete your account within 7 days and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your profile and login details.
• Your birth date, time, and place.
• All readings and conversation history.
• Your mood and meditation activity.

What we keep

We may retain payment and transaction records where required by law, kept up to the legally required retention period, and anonymized usage statistics that are not linked to you.
